Facilities Management Fee means the annual costs and expenses (including depreciation of capital expenditures, amortized on a straight line basis over a period equal to the useful life of such improvements as determined by Landlord in accordance with its customary accounting principles consistently applied) incurred by Landlord in connection with the ownership, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Building, including the areas of the Premises that Landlord is responsible to repair and maintain, and the Common Areas, as determined by Landlord in accordance with its customary accounting principles consistently applied, such costs including, without limitation, all costs related to:

Related to Facilities Management Fee

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.

  • Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.
