Facilities Petition Intervention definition

Facilities Petition Intervention means, with respect to a Facilities Petition, an intervention by ColumbiaGrid in the Commission proceeding in which such Facilities Petition has been filed; provided that any Planning Party may intervene in a proceeding with respect to a Facilities Petition.

  • Crisis intervention means the implementation of a service, support, or strategy to immediately stabilize a crisis and prevent the crisis from reoccurring after the crisis ends.

  • Post-Petition Interest means any interest or entitlement to fees or expenses or other charges that accrues after the commencement of any Insolvency Proceeding, whether or not allowed or allowable in any such Insolvency Proceeding.

  • Detoxification means a process whereby an alcohol or drug intoxicated, or alcohol or drug dependent, individual is assisted through the period of time necessary to eliminate, by metabolic or other means, the intoxicating alcohol or drug, alcohol or drug dependent factors, or alcohol in combination with drugs, as determined by a licensed Health Professional, while keeping the physiological risk to the individual at a minimum.

  • Child custody proceeding means a proceeding in which legal custody, physical custody, or visitation with respect to a child is an issue. The term includes a proceeding for divorce, separation, neglect, abuse, dependency, guardianship, paternity, termination of parental rights, and protection from domestic violence in which the issue may appear. The term does not include a proceeding involving juvenile delinquency, contractual emancipation, or enforcement under Part 3 of this Article.

  • criminal proceedings means criminal proceedings in relation to which the strict rules of evidence apply;

  • avoidable costs means those costs which would not be incurred by the Licensee if he did not supply the consumers in question, including (but with due regard to the timing thereof all relevant future outlays affected by the decision to supply; and"terms"means all the terms on which a supply of gas is provided or offered, whether as respects charges, methods of payment or otherwise.
