If the student does not have a Behavior Intervention Plan (“BIP”) or Positive Behavior Intervention Plan (“PBIP”), an IEP team shall schedule a meeting to review the BER, determine if there is a necessity for a functional behavioral assessment, and to determine an interim plan.
