Intervention definition

Intervention means any action intended to reduce or avert exposure or the likelihood of exposure to sources which are not part of a controlled practice or which are out of control as a consequence of an accident;
Intervention means a form of educational communication utilized by the Board with a prescriber or pharmacist to inform about or to influence prescribing or dispensing practices.
Intervention means a support instrument with a set of eligibility conditions as specified by the Member States in the CAP Strategic Plans based on a type of intervention as provided for in this Regulation;

Examples of Intervention in a sentence

  • This includes, but is not limited to, the completion of Behavior Emergency Reports, emergency interventions, implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans, parental notice and prohibitions against restraint and seclusion.

Intervention means the procedure by which a person, not originally a party to an adjudicatory proceeding, voluntarily comes into the proceeding as a party with the leave of the Board. (See Section 101.402 of this Part.)
