Facility B Note definition

Facility B Note means a promissory note, in substantially the form of Exhibit "B" hereto, duly executed by the Borrower and payable to the order of a Lender in the amount of its Facility B Commitment, including any amendment, modification, renewal or replacement of such promissory note.

Facility B Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of the Bank, in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto, evidencing the maximum principal indebtedness of the Borrower to the Bank under the Facility B Commitment, either as originally executed or as it may be from time to time supplemented, modified, amended, renewed or extended.

Facility B Note means a promissory note substantially in the form of EXHIBIT B.

Examples of Facility B Note in a sentence

• Date the Borrower shall repay the outstanding aggregate principal and accrued and unpaid interest under the Facility A Notes, the Facility B Note and the Facility C Notes.

• One Facility A Note and one Facility B Note shall be payable to the order of each Lender for such Commitment, in accordance with such Lender's respective Commitment Ratio for the applicable Commitment.

More Definitions of Facility B Note

Facility B Note means a promissory note in substantially the form of Exhibit "B" hereto, completed, executed and delivered by the Borrower and payable to the order of a Lender in the amount of its Facility B Commitment, including any amendments, modifications, restatements, renewals or replacements of such promissory note.

Facility B Note mean a promissory note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto evidencing the Facility B Loans made by a Bank hereunder.

Facility B Note is defined in Section 2.02(B) of this Agreement.

Facility B Note means any promissory note of the Company evidencing the Facility B Loans, in substantially the same form annexed hereto as Exhibit B-2, as amended or modified from time to time and together with any promissory note or notes issued in exchange or replacement therefor.

Facility B Note shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Existing Credit Agreement.

Facility B Note means the promissory note of the Borrower described in Section 2.06 hereof and being in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto.
