Facility B2 definition

Facility B2 means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

Facility B2 means the euro term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities). “Facility B2 Commitment” means:

Examples of Facility B2 in a sentence

• The Accommodations Outstanding (i) to all Facility B-2 Lenders under the Facility B-2 Tranche shall not at any time exceed the Facility B-2 Commitment; and (ii) to each Facility B-2 Lender under the Facility B-2 Tranche shall not at any time exceed such Lender’s Commitment under the Facility B-2 Tranche.

• Any reduction in respect of Facility B shall be made on a pro rata basis between Facility B-1 and Facility B-2.

• The Borrower may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Loan more than 1 Facility B1 Loan and 1 Facility B2 Loan would be outstanding.

More Definitions of Facility B2

Facility B2 means the invoice discounting facility made available under the Invoice Discounting Agreement as described in Clause 6A.

At the end of such Interest Periods, the normal interest rate fixing provisions of this Agreement shall apply to such Loans.

Facility B2 means the facility made available under the VAT Facility Agreement, designated therein as "Facility B2" and referred to in Subclause 2.4 (Facility B2). Facility B2 Loan means a Loan made available under Facility B2.
