Facility Bus definition

Facility Bus means the point of interconnection between the Facility and the NEPOOL transmission system, which as of the Agreement Date is the UN.Bellinghm 13.2 NEA bus.

Related to Facility Bus

  • Facility B means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

  • Extended Revolving Facility Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).
