Factory Refurbished Unit definition

Factory Refurbished Unit means a Product which is the same as or equivalent to a Product that is returned for warranty service, which has been restored to good working order and refurbished in accordance with QUALCOMM’s standard procedures, in a condition at least as good as the unit returned, which has been reprogrammed with the most current version of Software, shipped in non-retail packaging and covered by a warranty equal to the greater of (a) ninety (90) days from QUALCOMM’s delivery thereof to the FCA Point or (b) the time remaining in the Warranty Period covering the original Product.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Procurement Unit means the unit or department within GRDA that is responsible for administering procurement policies and procedures.

Dry cleaning fluid includes, but is not limited to, those products used by commercial dry cleaners and commercial businesses that clean fabrics such as draperies at the customer's residence or work place. Dry cleaning fluid does not include spot remover or carpet and upholstery cleaner. For the purposes of this definition, S-coded fabric means an upholstery fabric designed to be cleaned only with water-free spot cleaning products as specified by the Joint Industry Fabric Standards Committee.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.
