Factory Warehouse Work definition

Factory Warehouse Work means a single stand-alone factory or warehouse that has a total project value that is not more than: - • $10.6 million (excluding GST) (from the date that the Agreement is approved by the FWC); or • $11.1 million (excluding GST) (from the first pay period on or after 1 March 2025); or • $11.6 million (excluding GST) (from the first pay period on or after 1 March 2026); or • $12.1 million (excluding GST) (from the first pay period on or after 1 March 2027).

  • Commercial / Industrial Factory Warehouse Work means a single stand - alone factory or warehouse that has a total project value of $5,210,000 (excluding GST) or less.Commercial Residential Unit Industry means work performed on residential units / apartments with a height of at least three (3) living levels; that have a total project value that is not more than $15,620,000 (excluding GST) and that is outside the City of Melbourne Boundaries prescribed in Clause 60.10 – Site Allowance - Definitions.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.
