Fair Work Regulations definition

Fair Work Regulations means the Fair Work Regulations 2009.

  • A probationary Employee’s employment may be terminated without notice or payment in lieu of notice if the Employee has committed any act of serious misconduct (as defined in regulation 1.07 of the Fair Work Regulations 2009).

  • Any other day, or part-day (for example, the day variously called ‘Eight Hour Day’, ‘Labour Day’, or ‘May Day’), declared or prescribed by or under a law of a State or Territory to be observed generally within the State or Territory, or a region of the State or Territory, as a public holiday, other than a day or part-day, or a kind of day or part-day, that is excluded by the Fair Work Regulations from counting as a public holiday.

  • Serious misconduct will be in accordance with Fair Work Regulations 2009 (Cth).

  • Pursuant to s.202(4) of the Act, the model flexibility term prescribed by the Fair Work Regulations 2009 is taken to be a term of the Agreement.

  • In this Agreement, unless the contrary intention appears: Act means Fair Work ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth.) as amended and the Fair Work Regulations 2009 (Cth.) as amended.

  • Individual flexibility arrangements will be made in accordance with the model flexibility term set out in Schedule 2.2 of the Fair Work Regulations, 2009.
