FairShare Plus Agreement definition

FairShare Plus Agreement means the Amended and Restated FairShare Vacation Plan Use Management Trust Agreement effective as of January 1, 1996 by and between WVRI, and certain of its subsidiaries and third party developers, as the same has been amended prior to the date of this Indenture and as the same may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time hereafter in accordance with its terms.
