Family assessment and planning team definition

Family assessment and planning team or "FAPT" means the local team created by the CPMT (i) to assess the strengths and needs of troubled youths and families who are approved for referral to the team and (ii) to identify and determine the complement of services required to meet their unique needs. The powers and duties of the FAPT are set out in В§ 2.2-5208 of the Code of Virginia.
