Featured Music definition

Featured Music means music performed by: - performers in person,
Featured Music means all other performances not covered under the definition of Background Music but excluding music used in aerobic and keep fit classes.
Featured Music means music (recorded or otherwise) used at the venue that is given prominence as a feature of that venue or any part of that venue. Music that is used in a featured context includes but is not limited to:■■ Performances, including Live Music Performances and patron karaoke performances, which have been advertised to the public as having music as a feature such as ‘Live Music Every Friday’, ‘Karaoke Thursday’, or where music is advertised as part of a specific event or series of events; or■■ Nights of operation where the music has been compiled with a particular or recognisable theme such as ‘Retro Night’, ‘Friday Night Beats’ or ‘Sunday Jazz’.■■ a Live Music Performance.

  • Featured Music receives a full credit for each second of duration.

  • Note 3: Where a premises has a number of Sessions in any one day in one particular part of the premises, the Licensee can opt to be charged an all day Featured Music rate which will equate to two and a half times the per Session rates outlined in this paragraph 2(a).

  • In the case of a Licensee that uses Featured Music, with or without Background Music, that Licensee strictly complies with the terms of either paragraph 6.2 or 6.3 below.

  • Featured Music Events (whether live or recorded) where the Entry Fee is $40 or less, excluding Premium Featured Music Events and the use of Recorded Music for Dance Usec.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

  • bouquet of channels means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Login ID means the Customer’s identification, used in conjunction with the Password, to gain access to the Electronic Services;

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.
