February Financial Statements definition

February Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.9.

February Financial Statements means the Interim Financial Statements of Burress as of, and for the two-month period ended, February 28, 2007. “Financial Statements” means and includes the Audited Financial Statements and the Interim Financial Statements.

February Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
