Federal Circuit Court means the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
The Federal Court or the Federal Circuit Court may make any order the court considers appropriate if the court is satisfied that a person has contravened, or proposes to contravene, a civil remedy provision.
On March 10, 2010, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of approximately $356 million, and also remanded the case to the Court of Federal Claims for further determination of whether that court had made a calculation error and should increase the damage award by as much as an additional $63 million.
