Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act definition

Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act means the act so entitled, approved June 25, 1938 (52 Stat. 1040), and acts amendatory thereof or supplementary thereto.
Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act or “Act” shall mean the federal statute so entitled and all regulations and guidance documents promulgated thereunder.
