Federal Rules definition

Federal Rules means the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as in effect on the Petition Date, together with all amendments and modifications thereto subsequently made applicable to the Reorganization Cases.
Federal Rules means code of federal regulations, housing and urban development 24 CFR Part 570 which governs the CDBG
Federal Rules means the Rules of the Federation including the Branch Rules.

More Definitions of Federal Rules

Federal Rules. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.11(e).
