The term "Federally Listed Species" means those plants and animals that are listed by the USFWS under the provisions of the ESA and are shown as Covered Species on Exhibit B hereto that are found, or may be found, in the Permit Area, as well as those other Covered Species that may be listed by the USFWS in the future.
