Federally Listed Species definition

Federally Listed Species means the species that are listed as threatened or endangered species under the Federal ESA. See 50 C.F.R. § 17.11.
Federally Listed Species means the HCP species which are listed as threatened or endangered species under ESA as of the Effective Date, which includes: sand gilia (Gilia tenuiflora ssp. arenaria), Contra Costa goldfields (Lasthenia conjugens), Yadon’s piperia (Piperia yadonii), robust spineflower (Chorizanthe robusta var. robusta), Monterey spineflower (Chorizanthe pungens var. pungens), Smith’s blue butterfly (Euphilotes enoptes smithi), western snowy plover (Charadrius nivosus), California tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense), California red-legged frog (Rana draytonii) and the HCP species which are listed as threatened or endangered under ESA during the HCP term as of the date of such listing.
