Listed Species definition

Listed Species means a species (including a subspecies, or a distinct population segment of a vertebrate species) that is listed as endangered or threatened under FESA or CESA.

More Definitions of Listed Species

Listed Species means those species designated as candidate, threatened, or endangered pursuant to CESA and/or listed as threatened or endangered under FESA.
