Federation Grievance Representative definition

Federation Grievance Representative is an authorized representative of the Federation who has been appointed by the Federation for the purpose of assisting and representing individual grievants at any level or step of this grievance procedure. The Federation shall inform the Assistant Superintendent/Vice President for Human Resource Services in writing as to the identity of all Federation Grievance Representatives.
