FERC Section 203 Order definition

FERC Section 203 Order means the order issued by the FERC on September 22, 1999, in Docket No. EC99-95-000, granting approval under Section 203 of the Federal Power Act for the sale and leaseback of the FERC jurisdictional facilities to the Owner Lessor by PPL Montana.
