FFH definition

FFH shall have the meaning set out in the Preamble.
FFH means Fosun Fashion Holdings (Cayman) Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with its registered address at Xxxxxx Corporate Services Limited, XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands; FIL means Fosun International Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered address at Room 000, XXXX Xxxxx, 0 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx; Financial Indebtedness means (without double counting) any indebtedness in respect of:
FFH means the weighted number of hours that a Covered Unit is operated consisting of the actual number of fired hours of operation adjusted on account of conditions applicable during those hours of operation in accordance with Exhibit G.
