Field Availability definition

Field Availability means the minimum and maximum Gas quantity (Sm3) at any time forecasted by the Shipper’s Field Operator to be available for nomination at a Field.

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.
