Field Operator means the operator of a “User”. Any reference to a Paragraph in this Attachment B – Part I is to a paragraph of this Attachment B – Part I unless the context otherwise requires.   • When called, the Lead Recovery Operator, Steam Plant Operator and Field Operator will fill that vacancy.

  • The SVS Field Operator shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Authority harmless from and against any claim of, or liability for, negligent acts, errors, and omissions of the SVS Field Operator with respect to any Construction-related Professional Services provided by the SVS Field Operator under this Agreement.
