Field Depletion Date definition

Field Depletion Date means the projected date on which it is determined (in accordance with the Forecast Assumptions) that Net Cash Flow is negative on each remaining Forecast Date following that projected date.

  • Maximum residual disinfectant level or “MRDL” means a level of a disinfectant added for water treatment that may not be exceeded at the consumer’s tap without an unacceptable possibility of adverse health effects.

  • Simulated Depletion means, with respect to an oil and gas property (as defined in Section 614 of the Code), a depletion allowance computed in accordance with federal income tax principles (as if the Simulated Basis of the property was its adjusted tax basis) and in the manner specified in Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(k)(2). For purposes of computing Simulated Depletion with respect to any property, the Simulated Basis of such property shall be deemed to be the Carrying Value of such property, and in no event shall such allowance for Simulated Depletion, in the aggregate, exceed such Simulated Basis.

  • Retained Excess Cash Flow means, at any date of determination, an amount, equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Retained Percentage of Excess Cash Flow for the Excess Cash Flow Periods ended on or prior to such date.

  • Retained Excess Cash Flow Amount means, at any date of determination, an amount, determined on a cumulative basis, that is equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Excess Cash Flow that is not required to be applied as a mandatory prepayment under Section 2.11(b)(i) for all Excess Cash Flow Periods ending after the Closing Date and prior to such date; provided that such amount shall not be less than zero for any Excess Cash Flow Period.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration (“C” in CT cal- culations) means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/l in a representative sample of water.

  • Allocation Period means the period (a) commencing on the date hereof or, for any Allocation Period other than such first Allocation Period, the day following the end of a prior Allocation Period and (b) ending (A) on the last day of each Fiscal Year, (B) on the day preceding any day in which an adjustment to the Book Value of the C.V.’s properties pursuant to clause (b)(i), (ii), (iii) or (v) of the definition of Book Value occurs, (C) immediately after any day in which an adjustment to the Book Value of the C.V.’s properties pursuant to clause (b)(iv) of the definition of Book Value occurs, or (D) on any other date determined by the Managing Partner.

  • Excess Cash Flow Application Date as defined in Section 2.12(c).

  • Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates is made pursuant to Section 9.01.

  • Excess Cash Flow Period means each fiscal year of the Borrower, commencing with the fiscal year of the Borrower ending on December 31, 2016.

  • Assumed Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date occurring in November 2035.

  • Class A-2 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Class Final Distribution Date means, as applicable, the Class A-1 Final Distribution Date, the Class A-2a Final Distribution Date, the Class A-2b Final Distribution Date, the Class A-3 Final Distribution Date, the Class A-4 Final Distribution Date, the Class B Final Distribution Date, the Class C Final Distribution Date or the Class D Final Distribution Date, as the context requires.

  • Allocated Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) any Realized Losses allocated to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Allocated Realized Loss Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Rated Final Distribution Date With respect to each Class of Rated Certificates, the Distribution Date in May 2048.

  • Class A-1 Final Distribution Date means the October 2024 Distribution Date.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Consolidated Excess Cash Flow means, for any period, an amount (if positive) equal to:

  • PRE-2017 NET OPERATING LOSS CARRYFORWARD means any net operating loss incurred in a taxable year beginning before January 1, 2017, to the extent such loss was permitted, by a resolution or ordinance of the Municipality that was adopted by the Municipality before January 1, 2016, to be carried forward and utilized to offset income or net profit generated in such Municipality in future taxable years.(B) For the purpose of calculating municipal taxable income, any pre-2017 net operating loss carryforward may be carried forward to any taxable year, including taxable years beginning in 2017 or thereafter, for the number of taxable years provided in the resolution or ordinance or until fully utilized, whichever is earlier.

  • Class C Final Distribution Date means the October 15, 2021 Distribution Date.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period means, with respect to the repayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Payment Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.

  • Credit Support Depletion Date The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.

  • Profit Distribution Date means the date on which the Management Company decides to distribute the profits (if any).

  • Class A-4 Final Distribution Date means the April 2027 Distribution Date.

  • Net Realized Losses For any Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the amount of Realized Losses previously allocated to that Class over (ii) the amount of any increases to the Class Certificate Principal Balance of that Class pursuant to Section 5.08 due to Recoveries.

  • Capital Account Distribution Date and "Income Account Distribution Date" shall mean the "Distribution Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.
