  • Field of vision means the section of the tri-dimensional space above ground level which is monitored with the help of a device for indirect vision. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

Also included are new computer programs, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing computer programs, whether or not copyrightable and any new process, machine, including software, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing processes, machines, manufactures and software.

  • Biomethane means biogas that meets pipeline quality natural gas standards.

  • Licensed Nurse means an Oregon licensed practical or registered nurse.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Licensee Improvements means Improvements created, conceived, or reduced to practice by or for Licensee.
