Fifth Amendment Agreement Allocation Schedule means the Additional Tranche B-4 Term Loans to the Borrowers in Dollars made by each Additional Tranche B-4 Term Loan Lender in the amount set forth next to its name on Schedule I to the Fifth Amendment Agreement.
