FINAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF SERVICES definition

FINAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF SERVICES means the certificate issued by the Director of Public Works after the end of the maintenance period certifying that all Works required by this Agreement are acceptable for assumption by the Town.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].

  • Medical certification means a statement which attests that the medical information reported on the certificate of death or fetal death is accurate to the best of the medical certifier’s knowledge.
