Final Close definition

Final Close means the last date on which changes to the APSCN general ledger database can be made on previous year data.
Final Close means the date ofFinal Closing’ or ‘Extended Final Closing’, whichever is later, of the NIIF Master Fund under the Contribution Agreement.

Related to Final Close

  • Final Closing means the last closing under the Private Placement;

For example, partial closure may include the closure of a tank (including its associated piping and underlying containment systems), landfill cell, surface impoundment, waste pile, or other hazardous waste management unit, while other units of the same facility continue to operate.
