Examples of Final Extended Termination Date in a sentence

  • This Agreement may not be cancelled or terminated prior to the later of (a) the Scheduled Termination Date or (b) an Extended Termination Date (but in no event later than the Final Extended Termination Date), except upon the occurrence of an Early Termination Event.

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the Maturity Date and (b) the earlier termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.04 or Article VII.
