Examples of Final Lapse Date in a sentence

  • If the holder of an Option leaves employment for one of the reasons in rule 8.2, his Option will be exercisable for 12 months from the date on which it Vests, after which it will lapse but the Committee may extend that period (but not beyond the Final Lapse Date).

  • If the holder of an Option leaves employment for one of the reasons in rule ‎9.2, their Option will be exercisable for 12 months from the date on which it Vests, after which it will lapse but the Committee may extend that period (but not beyond the Final Lapse Date).
