Final Notice definition

Final Notice shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(g)(iii) hereof.
Final Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 15.4(a).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Final Notice shall be required and the non-defaulting Party may declare this Agreement immediately terminated if the Event of Default with respect to the defaulting Party is an Act of Bankruptcy.
