Final Order Vacating Decision means an order of the Executive Director either adopting or rejecting the ALJ's proposal for decision, as applicable (and if the Executive Director rejects the ALJ's proposal for decision, accompanied by the written explanatory statement required under Section 201.112(c) of the Code); ruling that the Disputes Board Decision is invalid, void and of no force and effect; and remanding the Dispute to the Disputes Board for reconsideration.
