Final USD Amount definition

Final USD Amount means, in respect of each outstanding Note (of the Specified Denomination), an amount in USD determined by the Calculation Agent as equal to the Local Currency Amount plus any interest accrued in respect of such Note for the relevant period during which the Local Currency Amount is held for the account and risk of the relevant Holder of such Note, to the extent that the Calculation Agent was able to convert such amount into USD using the Fixing Rate in respect of the Final USD Amount Valuation Date.
Final USD Amount means, in respect of each outstanding Note (of the Specified Denomination), an amount in USD determined by the Calculation Agent as equal to:

  • M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Refund Amount means the maximum refund that is admissible;

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Total Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Interest Remittance Amounts for such date; (ii) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such date; and (iii) all Prepayment Premiums collected during the related Prepayment Period.

  • Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning set forth for such term in Section 4.03(a) hereof. “Department” shall mean the South Carolina Department of Revenue.
