Final USD Amount Valuation Date definition

Final USD Amount Valuation Date means the last calendar day of the Holding Period (provided that if such day is not an FX Business Day then it shall be adjusted in accordance with the FX Business Day Convention) or, if earlier, the day (or such other day as reasonably determined by the Calculation Agent) on which the Calculation Agent determines that it is no longer unlawful, impossible or otherwise impracticable to make such payments under paragraph 3.1 (including in relation to the conversion of the Reference Currency into the Base Currency) (provided that if such day is not an FX Business Day then it shall be adjusted in accordance with the FX Business Day Convention).
Final USD Amount Valuation Date means the last calendar day of the Holding Period (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day) or, if earlier, the Business Day (or following Business Day, or such other day as reasonably determined by the Calculation Agent) upon or next following the day on which the Calculation Agent determines that it is no longer unlawful, impossible or otherwise impracticable to make such payments under paragraph 2.1 (including in relation to the conversion of EGP into USD).
Final USD Amount Valuation Date means the last calendar day of the Holding Period, and such last calendar day shall also be the "Scheduled Final USD Amount Valuation Date" for such Final USD Amount Valuation Date.

Related to Final USD Amount Valuation Date

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Interest Valuation Date means each date set out in the table below in the column entitled “Interest Valuation Dates”.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Non-Disrupted Valuation Date means a Valuation Date which is not a "Disrupted Day". “Normal Exposure” means a +1x exposure to the Reference Asset.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, for any tranche of notes, the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount minus the nominal liquidation amount of that tranche.

  • SPS Redemption Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.

  • Auto-Call Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, each day specified as such in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level, or if any such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index.

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.

  • Valuation Date means any day during the Plan Term where the Plan or the Securities are valued according to prevailing market conditions on that day.
