Financial Covenant Compliance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2.

More Definitions of Financial Covenant Compliance Certificate
Financial Covenant Compliance Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 4(d) of the Guaranty Agreement.
