Examples of Financial Modeling Data in a sentence

  • Where the Financial Model Update is pursuant to Section 12.1.2.1, 12.1.2.2, 12.1.2.3 or 12.1.2.4, IFA shall have the right to challenge, according to the Dispute Resolution Procedures, the validity, accuracy or reasonableness of any Financial Model Update or the related updated and revised Financial Modeling Data.

Related to Financial Modeling Data

  • Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;
