Financial Package definition

Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Lenders, and includes Equity and all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements;
Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Senior Lenders, and includes all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements and Subordinated Debt, if any;
Financial Package means the financing package indicating the means of financing the Facilities, and includes all Financial Assistance specified in the Financing Documents and the Equity.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, compensation payable may include interest payments on debt, O&M Expenses, any increase in capital costs on account of inflation and all other costs directly attributable to such material breach or default but shall not include loss of Fee revenues, debt repayment obligations or other consequential losses, and for determining such compensation, information contained in the Financial Package and the Financial Model may be relied upon to the extent it is relevant.

More Definitions of Financial Package

Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Healthcare Network along with the segregation of cost of assets on the basis of Project Milestones, as specified in Schedule – Iand the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Senior Lenders, and includes Equity, all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements, Subordinated Debt and Grant, if any;

Related to Financial Package
