Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman definition

Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman means that organisation whose details are given in Part 2, Condition2.17 and any successor or replacement scheme or organisation responsible for the investigation, mediation and adjudication of complaints made by customers about the conduct of a regulated financial service provider, in accordance with the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2004 as amended from timeto time.
Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman means the Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman established under the Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman Act 2017 (the “Act”).
