Financially Responsible Entity definition

Financially Responsible Entity has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1 of the Agreement.

  • If the Financially Responsible Entity is a foreign corporation, joint venture, limited liability corporation or similar enterprise, then it can use either U.S. GAAP, home country GAAP, or international standards, such as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in the preparation of their financial statements and other such financial information.

  • Each Guaranty must be provided by a parent corporation, or a shareholder of the Financially Responsible Entity or of a joint venturer, partner or equity member of Developer.

  • Responsible public entity means a public entity that has the power to develop or operate the applicable qualifying project.

  • Responsible Vendor means a vendor with adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), who can comply with the delivery requirements, and who is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the goods and/or services herein.
