Commercial Paper means, with respect to any Conduit Investor, the promissory notes issued in the commercial paper market by or for the benefit of such Conduit Investor.
Office paper means high grade printing and writing papers from offices in non-residential facilities and properties. Printed white ledger and computer printout are examples of office paper generally accepted as high grade. This term does not include industrial process waste.
Recycled paper means a paper product with not less than:
Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of a Conduit subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Conduit, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by such Conduit for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Conduit.
Commercial Paper Notes means any short-term promissory notes issued by or on behalf of a Conduit Lender with respect to financing any Loan hereunder.
Liquidity Agreement means any agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement pursuant to which a Liquidity Provider agrees to make purchases or advances to, or purchase assets from, any Conduit Purchaser in order to provide liquidity for such Conduit Purchaser’s Purchases.
Morningstar DBRS means DBRS, Inc., and its successors in interest.
Commercial Paper Dealers means Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and such other commercial paper dealer or dealers as the Corporation may from time to time appoint, or, in lieu of any thereof, their respective affiliates or successors.
DBRS Morningstar means DBRS, Inc., and its successors in interest.
Performance Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit of the Borrower or a Guarantor that is issued for the benefit of a municipality, other governmental authority, utility, water or sewer authority, or other similar entity for the purpose of assuring such beneficiary of the Letter of Credit of the proper and timely completion of construction work.
Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.
Supporting Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 1.3(g).
Paper means newspaper, high grade office paper, fine paper, bond paper, offset paper, xerographic paper, duplicator paper and related types of cellulosic material containing not more than ten per cent by weight or volume of noncellulosic material such as laminates, binders, coatings or saturants.
Lead-contaminated soil means bare soil that contains lead at or in excess of levels identified by the
Designated Security Consultant means an employee of a security firm under contract with Us or Our assistance provider who is experienced in security and measures necessary to ensure the safety of the Covered Person(s) in his or her care.
Fronted Letter of Credit means a standby Letter of Credit issued by an Issuing Lender having an L/C Fronting Commitment in which each Lender purchases a risk participation pursuant to Section 3.4.
Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers means such Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Dealers as the Corporation may from time to time appoint or, in lieu of any thereof, their respective affiliates or successors.
Copper Loop is a stand-alone local loop comprised entirely of copper wire or cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade copper Loops, digital copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and integrated services digital network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the copper Loops are in service or held as spares. The copper Loop includes attached electronics using time division multiplexing technology, but does not include packet switching capabilities.
Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Articulated vehicle means a vehicle with three or more axles, comprising a power unit (called tractor, prime-mover etc.) and semi-trailer which is superimposed on the power unit and coupled together by means of a kingpin revolving on a turn-table and is an articulated vehicle whether automatically detachable or permanently coupled, but this definition does not apply to 2 axle log loaders.
Hard cider means an alcoholic beverage that is made from the alcoholic fermentation of the
Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.
DBRS means DBRS, Inc., and its successors in interest.
State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.
Trade Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit that is issued under the Letter of Credit Facility for the benefit of a supplier of inventory to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to effect payment for such Inventory.
