Finished Package Form definition

Finished Package Form means applicators wrapped in aluminum foil with required leaflet printed in two colors and inserted into an appropriate box with customary trade dress printed in up to four colors. The boxes will be placed into appropriate outer cartons which will be printed in one color with required labeling and UPC codes.

More Definitions of Finished Package Form

Finished Package Form means the Products filled, inspected, labeled, packaged and packed in bottles or blister packaging in accordance with the Specifications and in compliance with all Applicable Laws.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • District specification means the specifications followed by the State Govt. in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to be of uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced during the same cycle of Manufacture as defined by the applicable Batch Record.

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments.   • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
