The Finnish Notes constitute unsubordinated obligations of the Issuer and rank pari passu without any preference among themselves.
The Finnish Notes are obligations issued in accordance with the Covered Bonds Issuance Act and rank pari passu in relation to the Finnish Cover Pool with all other obligations of the Issuer issued in accordance with the terms of the Covered Bonds Issuance Act with the same priority in respect of the Finnish Cover Pool.
