Finteria Account definition

Finteria Account means the Client’s official private and personal space and gateway to all the services offered by the Company including but not limited to any trading and/or non-trading activity.

Related to Finteria Account

  • Separate Account shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Separate Accounts means the accounts which are to be prepared for each

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Disbursement Account means an account established and owned by Company and held at the Disbursement Institution against which wire transfers and ACH transfers are settled for payment of Loan Proceeds to Borrowers.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.

  • Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Controlled Disbursement Account means any account of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
