Fire Creek Property definition

Fire Creek Property means the Fire Creek mine located in Lander County, Nevada, United States of America;
Fire Creek Property means all right, title and interest of any of the Seller Entities to:
Fire Creek Property means the lands and claims described in Schedule 4.6 as the Fire Creek Property.

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Agricultural property means property that is used primarily for agricultural purposes but, without derogating from Section 9 of the Act, excludes any portion thereof that is used commercially for the hospitality of guests, and excludes the use ofthe property for the purpose of eco-tourism or for the trading in or hunting of game.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
