Fire Ring definition

Fire Ring means a barrier to keep the fire from escaping from a fire pit, such as stones, a tire rim, or commercially available fire ring at least 11 inches deep.
Fire Ring means a structure used for a recreational, ceremonial, or open burning conducted in a public coastal area.
