Fire Pit. Fire Pit may not always work due to weather and maintenance schedule. • The timer for the Fire pit is just a few feet north of the concession stand window inside the plastic box attached to the wall. Lift the plastic cover upwards to get access to the timer. Turn the timer on passed the ten (10) minute mark on the timer or to the time that you want. Do not touch the gas value in fire pit.
Fire Pit. The Rental Occupants may use the Fire Pit shown on the attached Xxxxxxxx Features Plat provided that there is supervision by an adult at all times when children are present and that all fires are completely extinguished when no adult is present.
Fire Pit. If you use an outdoor fire pit, you are responsible if any "wild fires" start and could be subject to fines or response charges by the Department of Forestry, the city of Mentone or Dekalb county.. Please pay attention to warnings of fire bans in the event that North East Alabama is under restrictions due to drought/windy conditions. If you do not know how to start a fire, refer to page of “Welcome” Book regarding “How To Start a Fire”.
Fire Pit. If Rental Unit is equipped with a fire pit, Agent shall keep the fire pit area stocked with wood. Owner is responsible for the cost of the wood.
Fire Pit. The fire pit is intended for and built for a small natural fire. Only wood provided by Birchview Outdoor Wedding and Event Center LLC will be used. There will be no burning of other material in the fire pit. The fire must be out by the time the event is over. (Int.)
Fire Pit. Flat Rate $8.00 per bundle of wood - The Fire Pit, with tree xxxxx seating and cured wood ready to burn, is a wonderful place for friends to gather during your event or as an intimate After-Glow. Local noise restrictions apply, and guests must keep a low volume after 10:00 PM.
