First Indenture Supplement definition

First Indenture Supplement means the First Indenture Supplement dated as of August 1, 1996 to this Indenture. Guarantee:
First Indenture Supplement means the First Indenture Supplement dated as of December 31, 1998, to this Indenture.

  • In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this First Indenture Supplement or in the Guarantee shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this First Indenture Supplement or of such Guarantee, but this First Indenture Supplement and such Guarantee shall be construed as if such invalid or illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein or therein.

  • This First Indenture Supplement shall be deemed part of the Original Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein provided, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby.

  • The Trustee has executed this First Indenture Supplement only upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Indenture.

  • Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated Indenture Supplement for the DiscoverSeries Notes, dated as of June 4, 2010, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be further amended, supplemented, restated, amended and restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).

  • Fourth Supplemental Indenture means the supplemental indenture dated as of December 1, 1954, hereinbefore referred to.
