First Interim Distribution definition

First Interim Distribution means the initial Distribution to be made to holders of Class 4 Allowed Claims.
First Interim Distribution means the interim distribution per Class B Share to be paid to the Class B Shareholders each year in accordance with paragraph 3.2.1, which shall be calculated in accordance with the Distribution Formula in respect of the first 6 (six) months of each Financial Year;
