References to specific provisions (or defined terms) in the First Lien Facilities Documentation shall be to such provisions (or defined terms) as amended or replaced (to the extent such amendment or replacement is permitted by the Loan Documents), and cross-references shall be deemed amended as necessary to refer to the same provisions that are referenced in the First Lien Facilities Documentation as in effect on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of First Lien Facilities

First Lien Facilities means the Credit Agreement Documents (and the facilities and Credit Agreement Obligations pursuant thereto) and the Additional First-Lien Debt Facilities.

First Lien Facilities means “Facilities” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
